Brought my Deawoo KOR-6N9RC in cream,Microwave May 2013, all was well until January 2015, so out of guarantee.
I was using microwave and smoke and the smelling of burning,when I stopped and opened the door, the paint on the inside of door and door frame had burned and bubbled away.
I rang Asda, brought it from them inline, they put me through to Daewoo
Who asked me to email pictures, and receipt, if I had it which I did,posted copy’s as well,
A good result from Daewoo, got email next day, offering me new microwave, for £14, including delivery and removal, now I’m aware of this fault, I hope the new one is OK, but well done to Daewoo good customer service.
