For that reason, we’ve knocked two stars off the “Features” rating, resulting in an overall rating of three stars. If this isn’t an issue for you, however, then the microwave is an excellent choice.

Having read other reviews, it seems that you can use the grill separately but people are putting it on the wrong setting. The feature is in fact great as you can use all settings together or in combination – so maybe you ought to give it those two stars back and read the manual!
