Bought mine in June 2012. It works fine but a lot of the paint has peeled off the oven chamber.

Having read other reviews, it seems that you can use the grill separately but people are putting it on the wrong setting. The feature is in fact great as you can use all settings together or in combination – so maybe you ought to give it those two stars back and read the manual!

In reply to Liz Brooke Ward. Hi Liz, have you tried logging into your Amazon and going to their returns support centre? As you bought in May there won't be an option to refund, but there should be a link to contact Amazon and ask them for a replacement. You're right, that shouldn't happen to the paint in such a short time. Good luck!

My steamer micro wave has a tiny hole in the Centre on the base has always leaked thought this was steam escaping and causing small puddle of water underneath now realise it seems a defect in the making. a machine press defect cooked my veges perfect now I seem to have to press steam button twice and even three times also the reheat button isn’t quite hot enough that being said I adore this microwave have used many in my life and this one is outstanding

I bought a Swan retro microwave in May 2016, this year. I have other appliances, a fridge freezer and a kettle in the same style and wanted a microwave to match.Despite treating it very carefully and wiping out after every use, the paint has deteriorated, peels off and the base of the machine is now rusty. I am exceedingly disappointed. I contacted Swan who said this shouldn’t happen and to contact Amazon whom I purchased it from. I can’t find any way of doing this but in any case feel it is a problem with manufacture and not supply.

Will not take a full size dinner plate, best for heating in a dish or tea plate.

Excellent oven but not durable has expected. I got the oven about three years ago,broke down yesterday.The Sharp customer’s support service advice that since the warranty period is expired,repair from sharp would be expensive.l am looking forward buying a new one.

I bought one of these for my motorhome and I find it very economical on power. Only pulling about 93amps on a 12v invertor I can heat up a meal when the engines running and still have enough power to run my lights. All in all a good bargain.

I Was going to buy the K25MSS14, but the local Currys didn’t have any, so this was my alternative. I got the last one! There’s a lot of people in the house, so this will handle large dinner plates.

It’s quite simple to use, and has a variable output program button. It also can defrost and then cook your food, which is handy if you want to cook frozen carrots or whatever. It states in the instruction manual that 8 year olds may use it (supervised).

£69.99 is the lowest price I have seen, although deal sites may have had it at £59.99. Compared to original prices this was a steal. So far no complaints.
